Standard Booking Terms & Conditions
All clients will enter a contract upon booking a US Masters Package. The detailed terms and conditions will include:

	$US$2,500 deposit per person upon entering an agreement;
	All prices are fixed at date of deposit - currency fluctuations will not alter final USD amount payable;
	Full Payment of balance due January 2011;
	A credit card 'imprint/authorisation' deposit for $US5,000 will be required for the safe return of all US Masters badges;
	US Masters badges will be handed to you personally upon your arrival in Augusta and must be returned to Licensor at our private house (directly opposite ANGC) by 8pm on your final night at the US Masters;
	Any cancellations by the client prior to 30 June 2010 will result in a nominal ‘break fee’ at the request of our Licensor. Following 30 June 2010 the agreement is non-cancellable;
	Clients will be provided with the opportunity to be sent US Masters Badges as a souvenir for a marginal fee 4 weeks following the US Masters - as appropriately determined by the Licensor.

Staybridge Suites (Opened July 2008)
Opened in July 2008 and located in the heart of US Masters territory, the Staybridge Suites are the perfect place to stay for the adoring golf fan. Elite Sporting Tours has visited the Staybridge Suites whilst previously travelling to Augusta and the US Masters and we highly recommend the quiet setting this accommodation offers our clients. Set off busy Washington Road, the home to the hallowed gates’ of Augusta National Golf Club, the Staybridge Suites provides the luxury of easily walking to and from the US Masters without the worry of bumper to bumper traffic via more commonly used shuttle services.

Located approximately 1 mile from the Augusta National Golf Club property, the Staybridge Suites provide US Master patrons spacious twin or king single accommodation. The Standard rooms offer a spacious 450 square area with choice of a King Bed. One bedroom suites (king or double) feature a separate sitting area with a sofa sleeper, whilst all rooms offer a lounge chair, 32” television with cable, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker as well as separate sitting / business area.

The meals area and lounge offer a relaxing atmosphere to share with other Elite Sporting Tours clients as well as a cooked and continental breakfast each morning, lite meal offering each evening the and enjoyment of a bar / beverages area. Specifically built with indoor corridor access to reduce outside noise and increase the comfort of guests, Elite Sporting Tours has chosen this location to allow all clients to enjoy the brand new comforts offered as well as providing easy access to ANGC.
